Each billing cycle, we make an effort to charge the payment method we have on file. You will be informed to update and verify your payment method if, for any reason, we are unable to successfully charge the payment method we have on file for you. Over the week, we will attempt billing the stored payment method one more.
At the expiration of your trial, you will be charged if you activated your subscription by adding a payment method to your account. Having a functioning payment option guarantees that you and your clients continue to have a wonderful experience.
You will be downgraded to INACTIVE if you elected not to pay the subscription or payment method is not up to date. Your account will be hidden from search results and your clients will no longer be able to book with you. You can upgrade back to ACTIVE at any time.
You can use a valid credit or debit card to pay for your subscription. Your payment method can be updated or added through the subscription portal.
The app is free to download and use for clients. Clients may be charged a service fee for any payments made through the app.
